As much as my budget permits, i want to buy new release makeup from drug store makeup brand. It just makes me happy trying new, especially when it just got released. My Review maybe super late, but i bought the Ever Bilena All Day Eyeliner Review weeks after the released.

This Everbilena All Day Eyeliner Pen claims to be Smudge-proof, Luxe Felt Tip, 24 Hour wear and non-drying. It is also made affordable for only Php220 at Lazada. I'm not a fan of a felt tip because im having a hard time for applying or im not used on the felt tip but the good side of it is you can control how thick you wanted to apply and i prefer thin layer for natural looking,
It is really a Smudge proof but it takes time to dry, tried a smudge proof test on my arm as seen on video, i believe that my eyes were oily that made me go home with kind of Panda eye after almost 12hrs of work, although the eyeliner fades a little yet still visible. 


To Conclude, This EB All Day Eyeliner Pen is good for its price! And i think that this is the most affordable Eyeliner Pen I've seen. Let us achieve a cat eyeliner by using this.

    I really love the pigmentation of this eyeliner pen.. And considering its from a local brand, it really is worth its price.
